 As the owners of Prime Catering and The Italian Table, Michael Marcotte and Peter McGarry have established the best reputation and highest standards in Lethbridge over the last 20 years. 

At The Italian Table, we invite you to sit with friends and family at our Italian Table to eat, socialize and share. It is my hope that we have created a space that encourages you to connect and engage in conversation, the Italian way.

Prime Catering  operates out of 2 main hotels; The Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge and the Sandman Hotel. We provide full-service catering at many venues; common venues include the Galt Museum, Southern Alberta Art Gallery, City Hall and CASA. We also cater many private parties off-site. Our business is to execute our client's vision and ensure their event is worry free.
